Heat Screen solves the problem of heat from engines and exhaust intruding into interiors and components. Heat Screen offers an excellent way to reflect radiant heat away from a vehicle's interior and because it's flexible and can be trimmed-to-size to protect against excessive heat sources. Constructed of a high temperature resistant fiberglass material, and with a thickness of only .060 in., Heat Screen features a thermal barrier on one side made of a superior reflective aluminized glass fiber surface, capable of withstanding direct heat up to 1200F. Heat Screen can be used to protect areas where excessive heat can blister paint, where exhaust pipes run close to the fuel tank, and has many other applications including floorboards, body panels, and under carpeting. Available with or without an adhesive backing (see options above). A high temperature adhesive such as DEI's Hi-Temp Spray Adhesive or Heat Resistant Sealant can be applied to secure the non-adhesive backed Heat Screen as well as mechanical fasteners like screws or rivets. DEI's Cool Tape(TM) is ideal for sealing and covering seams. CSF oil coolers are much more robust, durable, and can withstand a higher peak burst rate than common brazed plate-type/stacked designs. This allows the cooler to be mounted in areas that might get high debris (front fascia, diff cooler, side vents, etc). When using a conventional oil cooler, the type of mounting locations are often not considered due to the risk of damage. The CSF oil cooler is designed to withstand a tremendous amount of vibration and debris. You can even stand on it!

CSF has decades of experience designing and manufacturing A/C Condensers and has leveraged that knowledge to design its first high performance Evaporator. Most factory A/C evaporators from the 80s and 90s are now outdated in both design and materials. They were originally designed for R12 refrigerant, which offered far superior performance compared to today's more environmentally friendly R134a. Even brand-new OEM evaporators are not efficient enough to provide a proper temperature differential with R134a. That's where CSF steps in.

The CSF radiator features a 1-Row 31mm aluminum core that not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the cores ability to dissipate heat. CSF went through several different prototypes using cores of varying thicknesses. The 31mm core was found to be the best balance of performance and fitment. This sizing allows for use of an OE style clutch pull fan or an aftermarket electric push fan. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. With nearly double the number of cooling fins and tubes, the CSF Radiator will outperform the OEM unit by a significant margin. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. 2013-2018 6.7L Cummins Fabricated Aluminum Coolant Tank Kit, mounts in OEM coolant tank location. All New Design. Dress up your engine bay by replacing the ugly clear plastic coolant reservoir with our custom powder coated fabricated aluminum coolant tank with sight glass. Includes black anodized CNC machined billet aluminum cap, mounting hardware, overflow hose and low coolant sensor. Will fit on stock trucks with no other modifications necessary. Uses OEM mounting points. Installs with basic hand tools. Compatible with stock / drop-in turbochargers and provides additional clearance for larger aftermarket and compound turbo setups.
