The High-Performance All-Aluminum Auxiliary Radiators work in conjunction with the rest of the cooling system to reduce temperatures throughout. Don't be fooled by other high-performance aftermarket options that utilize the OEM plastic rock guard. The OEM rock guard's vertical channel design is specifically designed to only work with the tube spacing found on the OEM core. When the OEM rock guard is installed on an aftermarket radiator, it actually blocks a significant amount of surface area. Obviously this is detrimental to the intended performance. During CSF's own R&D phase, CSF analyzed both the OEM and other aftermarket offerings and decided to go the extra mile. CSF redesigned the included rock guard to allow maximum flow to the radiator core, while still offering ample protection from small rocks and road debris - all proven on CSF's in-house wind tunnel. CSF's new Auxiliary Radiator fits both the left and right side of the vehicle as a drop-in fit. Thus requiring no modifications to install. Each features CNC machined mounting brackets and OEM style "Quick Connect" inlet/outlet connections. This makes for a true plug-and-play installation that does not interfere with aftermarket performance aero modifications.

CSF's B58 high-performance heat exchanger will be a critical component to keeping your Supra/BMW's charge air cool, and out of limp mode. The upgraded heat exchanger is especially important when upgrading turbos and/or running performance tuning software. The original 2nd Gen B58 heat exchanger is a 1-row unit that is 25mm thick. In comparison, CSF has used its industry-exclusive world's largest 2-row core (68mm) with CSF's B-Tube technology. A unique tank design allows the larger CSF core to still fit into the OEM cooling system housing. The CSF improved design, includes billet transmission cooler mounts, and metal rock guard with improved airflow characteristics. CSF is the only company to include a rock guard and incorporate OEM transmission cooler mounting points for a true plug-and-play "drop-in" fit.

CSF has over 5 decades of experience manufacturing radiators. So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your A3/S3 running at its best, a CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on the street or at the track, a performance radiator is a must-have for both high horsepower builds as well as race vehicles which need added cooling performance in motorsports environments. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.

The factory radiators for the 12th Generation F-150s and 1st Gen Raptors were definitely ample for daily driving and even light towing. However, even the larger radiator on trucks with the Super Cooling Package can't always keep up with hauling in adverse conditions and/or extreme off-roading. This is the Ultimate High-Performance All-Aluminum Heat Exchanger for the Mercedes Benz AMG 4.0L V8 bi-turbo engine. This AMG V8 utilizes a charge air cooler system - a water circuit (which flows through a pump into the charge coolers) and a heat exchanger (which uses the water to cool the compressed air). CSF's High-Performance Heat Exchanger is larger and cools the water more efficiently than the OEM plastic/aluminum unit. This helps deliver cooler and denser air through the charge air cooling system increasing power capabilities. In testing, Regal Autosport saw significant performance improvements consisting of up to a 68% reduction in Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) and a 400% improvement in heat soak reduction when compared to stock.
