Boom Mat Vibration Damping Material is a premium quality damping material providing extreme noise damping for the most demanding commercial and sound competition applications. Interior panels vibrate and generate noise. Boom Mat stops that noise by trapping it between our thick, 4 mil aluminum stiffening top skin and the asphalt free, pure butyl, noise constraining layer. Plus worry-free no snag adhesion to any interior surface, vertical or overhead, even in the most demanding of temperature extremes. Those quality components are what makes Boom Mat Vibration Damping Material require only 25-50% coverage to get the job done. This saves weight, material cost and installation time. Easy peel plastic release liner (not a paper backing that tears) Enhances stereo performance and sound Gives you a quiet and comfortable interior Minimal prep & install time Performs in extreme temperatures Use as a first layer to control noise and dampen vibrations 2 (two) 12.5in x 24in sheets (4 sq. ft.) 4mm thick

DEI's ORIGINAL Titanium(TM) exhaust wrap, with LR Technology, is made from pulverized lava rock, stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. Titanium wrap is engineered to be stronger than most wraps and more durable for improved thermal performance and reliability. Perfect for any automotive or motorcycle application! Withstands 1800°F direct/2500°F intermittent heat Promotes increased flow for improved performance Reduces temperature & vibration breakdown Extremely pliable for a tight and secure wrap DEI HT Silicone Coating not required Pre-wetting roll not necessary for wrapping Hi-tech carbon fiber look High resistance to abrasions, oil spills, temperatures and vibration breakdown NOTE: Wrapping of the catalytic converter is not recommended, as overheating can lead to reduced lifetime of the converter. Instead, try our Corvette Catalytic Converter Shield or create your own shield using our Floor & Tunnel Shield II(TM). Note of Caution:Wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after it has been heat cycled. After the fibers have been heated, they lose their initial flexibility. This does not reduce the thermal properties of the exhaust wrap. Be aware of this before you decide to remove the wrap. For this reason, you should avoid wrapping any flex-pipes or flex-joints. Note about Titanium Exhaust Systems:DEI does NOT recommend wrapping exhausts made of titanium. The alloys used in the production of titanium exhaust systems tend to be thin and are designed to dissipate heat quickly. Wrapping any titanium exhaust pipe, regardless of brand, can hold in too much heat, and make the titanium alloy turn brittle and prone to premature cracking. If you are seeking to reduce the heat on a titanium exhaust system, DEI recommends using alternatives such as our flexible heat shields.

Glass Fiber Exhaust Wraps solve the problem of extreme underhood heat and improve exhaust system performance. Wrapping headers and down pipes is an important first step in reducing unwanted and power-robbing under hood heat. Less under hood heat results in a cooler air charge for improved performance and keeping exhaust gases hotter within the exhaust system helps in decreasing exhaust density & increases exhaust flow. Design Engineering Stainless Steel Locking Ties are the perfect way to fasten exhaust wrap for a easy, clean and professional installation. Reduce under hood temperatures a realistic 50% Decreases exhaust density & increases exhaust flow Improves horsepower Withstands 1200°F direct/2000°F radiant Only exhaust wrap with installation guide lines Added durability and heat retention NOTE: Catalytic Convertors: Wrapping of the catalytic converter is not recommended, as overheating can lead to reduced lifetime of the converter. DEI Pipe Wrap is used in many types of applications for reducing unwanted and harmful heat under the hood and from entering the driver compartment while improving horsepower. Pipe wrap improves performance and can be used on everyday vehicles, motorcycles, street rods, muscle cars, SUV's RV's heavy duty truck & tow vehicles, as well as in many non-automotive applications. Wrap header tubes to protect plug wires Wrap downpipes to improve velocity Wrap sections of exhaust & tail pipe to reduce heat from entering vehicle interior Wrap motorcycle pipes to prevent leg burns Kit includes: 1 - Roll of 2in x 25ft Black Glass Fiber Exhaust Wrap 4 - 8 in. Stainless Steel Locking Ties NOTE: Wrapping of the catalytic converter is not recommended, as overheating can lead to reduced lifetime of the converter.
