Keep excessive heat where it belongs with our thermal wrap collection. Designed for engine bays, exhaust systems, and turbo plumbing, these wraps and sleeves reduce radiant heat transfer, protect sensitive components, and improve underhood safety. By insulating pipes, manifolds, and downpipes, thermal wrap maintains higher exhaust gas velocity for better scavenging, while keeping intake air and critical electronics cooler.

Materials: basalt lava-rock fiber, silica, fiberglass, and volcanic rock composites.
Temperature range: continuous duty from 650°F to over 1,200°F; intermittent spikes up to 2,000°F depending on material.
Forms: wrap rolls, pre-cut kits, sleeves, and tapes in common widths (1", 2") and lengths (15 ft, 25 ft, 50 ft).
Applications: headers, exhaust manifolds, downpipes, turbo hot sides, intake tubes, intercooler pipes, and wiring harnesses.
