The Skunk2 Racing K-Series Billet Drop-in Oil Pan Baffle is for the serious hardcore racer. The baffle easily installs onto an existing K20A/K20A2/K20Z1 OEM Honda/Acura Oil Pan. The baffle sits flush with the oil pan floor and essentially 'Boxes In' the Oil Sump Arm thus preventing Oil Sloshing/Oil Starvation under intense cornering, braking, and accelerating. Furthermore, the dividers and trap doors section off the sump to keep oil from moving aggressively from one side of the pan to the other. Another added feature is the open top design that allows an adequate amount of oil flow back to the pan. The design is simple and effective yet allows continuous oil pick-up where critical engine lubrication is maintained.

Each kit includes Skunk2's high-quality valve springs and race-proven titanium retainers that are the result of nearly two decades of racing and engine building experience. Manufactured exclusively from super-clean, chrome-silicone wire milled in Japan, Skunk2's Alpha Valve Springs for Honda's D-series VTEC engines are a product of the company's years of racing and engine building experiences. Alpha Valve Springs are able to prevent valve float and maintain valvetrain stability at engine speeds in excess of 10,000 rpm. Skunk2's industry-leading Alpha Titanium Retainers are designed to significantly reduce valvetrain mass, resulting in more horsepower and improved valvetrain stability. Similar to Skunk2's already popular Pro Series Titanium Retainers, Alpha Titanium Retainers feature radius-cut edges for additional rocker arm clearance and reduced weight, strategically positioned lightening grooves, and reduced overall heights for better valve seal clearance and even further weight reduction. Alpha Titanium Retainers are manufactured using the latest 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to ensure that each is optimized for strength as well as for reduced weight. Skunk2 engineers then test and prove their designs on the engine dyno as well as the race track. Once approved for manufacturing, only medical-grade titanium that's been ultrasonically inspected and certified is used. Following CNC machining, each retainer is then individually inspected to ensure proper hole diameter, taper, and that each are free from machining defects to ensure proper installed valve spring heights and pressures.

Skunk2 Valve Keepers / Locks for Honda/Acura B/D/F/H VTEC and K Series VTEC Engines. Manufactured from bar stock and CNC machined for precision fit and finish. The Skunk2 Keeper / Locks are then heat-treated for ultimate strength and completed with Black Oxide for corrosive resistance and a great appearance. One set includes 32 pieces (enough for 16 valves) that fit factory and aftermarket 5.5mm valves. These keepers are 7 degree and work with most all retainers both OEM and aftermarket.

Only Viton is able to provide precise oil control and maximum durability, even at high rpm. Unlike OEM Honda valve stem seals that use different materials for both intake and exhaust seals, all Skunk2 seals exceed OEM specifications and are manufactured from high-quality Viton. Each seal also features stiffer retaining springs for a precise fit. The results are a seal that's resistant to extreme heat, oil additives, and abrasion. Skunk2's high-quality Spring Bases for Honda's H-series VTEC engines are designed to allow any H-series VTEC cylinder head to accept Skunk2's higher-performance, Pro Series Valve Springs and Titanium Retainers originally designed for B-series engines. Each Spring Base is manufactured using the latest 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to make sure the design is optimized for strength and longevity. Engineers then test and prove the design on the engine dyno. Once approved for manufacturing, engineers make sure to only use high-quality steel that's been ultrasonically inspected and certified. After CNC machining, each Spring Base is then individually inspected to ensure proper dimensions and that it's free from machining defects. Skunk2's 64mm Pro Series Throttle Body is designed to be used with the OEM intake manifold for bolt-on horsepower and torque gains by maximizing engine airflow. Skunk2 throttle bodies undergo an extensive design and testing process to produce a throttle body that doesnt just provide more flow but retains smooth drivability and OEM throttle characteristics. Each Pro Series Throttle Body is designed using the latest CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools, which results in a unit that exceeds industry standards. Pro Series Throttle Bodies are also CNC machined from forged, billet 6061-T6 aluminum and hard anodized for durability in Skunk2's signature finish. Pro Series Throttle Bodies are also compatible with OEM throttle cables, which simplifies installation. Each Skunk2 Pro Series Throttle body also features sealed bearings for smooth operation and ultra-strong, upgraded shafts for ultimate durability. All necessary hardware and a new throttle body gasket are included for trouble-free installation. A larger throttle body is key to producing additional power throughout the powerband on modified engines with increased airflow demands. Skunk2's Pro Series Throttle Bodies for Miatas feature a large, 64mm bore, which results in significant horsepower gains throughout the powerband on heavily modified, naturally aspirated applications and even more on forced induction ones.
