It replaces the factory single-pass unit and plastic shroud with a robust bar and plate design. Unlike the OEM tube and fin construction, this bar and plate core is significantly more resistant to debris impacts at high speeds.
The unit features fully TIG-welded extruded end tanks for superior strength over the bent aluminum sheet used in the factory assembly. The unique top/bottom dual-pass configuration maximizes surface area and oil flow across 8 cooling rows with high-density multi-louvered fins. This cooler is a true drop-in fit, utilizing factory oil line connections and mounting points, and it is compatible with either the OEM radiator or CSF high-performance radiators.

This unit replaces the restrictive factory oil cooler to maintain optimal operating temperatures for the S65 engine.
Constructed as a true "drop-in fit" upgrade, this cooler requires no modifications for installation. It is fully compatible with all factory mounting brackets, shroud/ducting, and OEM oil-line connections. The core features a dual-pass design with 10 cooling tubes, offering a significant surface area increase over the original single-pass, 6-tube unit. Utilizing CSF's AC condenser technology, the core uses a 1-row, 26mm multi-channel microtube for maximum heat dissipation.
