Beginning after the secondary catalyst, the Touring Edition picks up right before the rear axle and provides a full single 3” route from this point and splits to dual patented drone-canceling 180 Technology™ resonators, followed by 3” tip outlets. Given the straight-through design and lack of packing material, the 180 Technology® resonators’ job is to defeat drone prone frequencies that would otherwise be experienced within the cabin. Maximum flow is maintained and exterior volume is increased with the interior experience being much more sophisticated and tame. The package is completed with dual 4.5” slash-cut, double-walled tips, available in chrome silver or diamond black. Crafted in PA, USA, from US-sourced .065”-wall T304L stainless steel, every aspect is meticulously engineered, designed, and manufactured in-house at AWE. Backed by AWE's Lifetime Warranty, No CEL Light Guarantee, and Perfect Fitment Guarantee.We recommend the following configurations--330i: if you plan to upgrade anything further upstream, we recommend the Touring Editon. If you're keeping everything stock, note the Touring Edition will resemble stock from within the cabin on the 330i sedan, and you should consider the Track Edition. 430i: Given the coupe design of the 430i, interior acoustics differ when compared to its sedan sibling, with new frequencies making their way into cabin. Due to this, and with all factory emissions equipment in place, we recommend equipping the Touring Edition to ensure an enjoyable driving experience. Drivers can, of course, equip a Track Edition, but it may be much for some, especially if anything upstream has been changed. You’ve been warned.

Featuring AWE’s proprietary, patented drone-canceling solution, 180 Technology®, the 0FG Exhaust delivers a unique dose of refined aggression out of your Ranger, without any drone at cruising speeds. Regardless of low or high gear, the 0FG Exhaust delivers an optimal soundtrack out of the 2.3T whether you're on the street or on the trails. The included AWE BashGuard is designed to allow drivers, who frequently crawl rough terrain, peace of mind by converting the 0FG Exhaust to end well above the rear axle, tucked up out of the way of danger. Instead of unbolting the 0FG’s axle-back section (and tips) and leaving the outlet of the over-axle section exposed, the BashGuard takes the axle-back’s place to provide protection against any possible damage from debris. Doing so, the BashGuard ensures the over-axle section’s outlet remains true and round, allowing the axle-back (and tips) to be reinstalled with ease. Once you're done crawling, simply bolt the axle-back portion back on and your Ranger is back to looking as good as it sounds. AWE BashGuards are included with every 0FG Exhaust for the ‘19+ Ford Ranger. Sophisticated, refined, and powerful, all in one package. Making good, better The stock exhaust system on a B8.5 A5 is full of crimped tubing that impedes exhaust flow and robs horsepower. The AWE B8.5 A5 2.0T Touring Edition Exhaust and Downpipe are designed using CAD modeling software to produce smooth gradual bends and to eliminate any interruption to the flow of exhaust gasses. Our improvements to the exhaust path result in gains of 8-9 horsepower and 6-7 lb ft of torque at the crank. AWE A5 Touring Edition Exhaust - Single Side (Two tips on the left side of the car) The single outlet version of our A5 Touring Edition exhaust features two 90mm (3.50 inch) slash-cut tips, designed to work with the factory sedan rear valance where both tips are on the left side of the car. Each tip is available in chrome silver or our recognized diamond black plating. The tips sport engraved AWE logos and are double-walled to ensure a mirror polish, even under hard usage. AWE ® ColdFront™ products include: The AWE ® ColdFront™ Reservoir - part of the ColdFront family - is CNC Machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum and plumbed directly into the heat exchanger coolant system to increase supercharger coolant capacity. The increase in coolant capacity leads to lower coolant temperatures, in turn supporting lower air intake temperatures. To further reduce coolant temperatures, the AWE ® ColdFront™ Reservoir incorporates a true flow through design which acts to reduce coolant temperature as it flows through the unit. The AWE ColdFront™ Intercooler Kit leverages generations of Porsche engineering, dating back to the 996. Cast end tanks designed in-house, specially designed cores, power testing, dyno-fueled refinement, and more. Compared to the 991’s stock intercoolers, the AWE ColdFront™ Intercooler Kit's cores are 17% larger (523 cubic inches vs 448 cubic inches). In contrast to the stock cores, the AWE ColdFront™ Intercoolers are a high-flow bar and plate style and are built to our charge row and fin count specifications. These specifications result in 20% reduced air temperatures and 50% improved pressure resistance through the cores. These lowered air temperatures and freer flow allowed the AWE Porsche 991 Turbo S to achieve dyno-verified max gains of 26 HP and 21 lb-ft of torque at the crank when used with the AWE 991 Turbo Performance Exhaust and S-FLO Carbon Intake, and performance software, translating to almost a full second reduction in 60-130 mph acceleration times. AWE designed the biggest cores the 991 TT rear fenders could fit, and as a result of the size difference, the OEM ducts couldn’t be utilized. To feed fresh, cooler air to the intercooler cores, proper flowing ducts are mandatory. The result: straightforward and bolt-in carbon fiber, seamlessly mating to the AWE ColdFront™ Intercoolers. No trimming or cutting necessary -- the AWE Fitment Guarantee remains intact. In addition to the superior core and end tank design, the AWE ColdFront™ Intercooler Kit for the Porsche 991TT also features thick wall 6-ply silicone hoses with gentle curves to prevent bursting under pressure. They are attached to the factory intake and turbos by stainless steel high-force t-bolt clamps, and a molded lip is integrated where the hoses meet the turbos to duplicate the factory locking mechanism. AWE hoses use a Nomex braiding, instead of more common polyester, for superior strength. Please note, the AWE ColdFront™ Intercooler Kit for the Porsche 991TT is for racing use only.

And in 2012, AWE introduced carbon fiber shrouds to the mix, producing a lighter, and more aesthetically appealing kit as well. The bulk of the AWE side mount intercooler testing was conducted on S4s with the previously available AWE RSK04 kit installed. This is important to consider, given that as boost rises, so will boost drop due to core restriction. Thus, an intercooler can perform well at relatively low boost levels but can begin to perform worse than stock if the boost drop is high enough to negate any gains seen from temperature drops. Not only did AWE want the Audi 2.7T Performance Intercooler Kit to be clearly superior to the RS4 unit performance, but AWE also ensured that it would require very little modification to the US spec Audi 2.7T models during fitment. The RS4 intercooler units are made to fit the Europe only RS4 and mating them to a US spec 2.7T model requires significant cutting of both the intercoolers and the vehicle itself. The AWE design can be fitted in less than half the time of the typical RS4 kit. This means paying less for labor charges. Since RS4 units were never intended to be used on the US S4 chassis, extensive modifying or tweaking of the areas around the intercoolers is needed to force fitment. The AWE Audi 2.7T Performance Intercooler Kit was designed and built to fit the US S4 chassis, resulting in a much better, cleaner fit with very little modification required. Some key fitment detail differences between the AWE Audi 2.7T Performance Intercooler Kit and the RS4 "kits:" 100% coverage of the core face with AWE Carbon Fiber air ducts. RS4 kits leave gaps around face that lets cooling air escape. No modification needed to the engine belly tray with our design. Cores are secure and supported.
