For those who like their volume like their speed (and want to feel the raw nature of the GRC’s potent 3-cylinder at all speeds) the Track Edition features a non-resonated mid-section (i.e. no 180 Technology®). It’s even louder (in & out) than the Touring Edition, while shaving weight and cost. This version is known to get rowdy in mid-range acceleration/deceleration and cruising, and may be too much for some. For this reason, the Track Edition cannot be returned for sound reasons--you've been warned! The Track Edition boasts a 3” T304L stainless steel downpipe-back configuration that brings out an incredibly rowdy and powerful soundtrack that is nothing short of attention-grabbing. AWE designed three, perfectly fitting (and larger) tips for the GRC: one bespoke 4.5" x 8" oval (double-walled, slash-cut tip and stamped with the AWE logo) in the center, and two 5” double-walled, slash-cut tips left and right. For those who like it without any filter. The Track Edition Axleback is composed of straight lengths of T304L stainless steel with nothing in between the flanges and the tips. This produces a completely uncorked, rowdy soundtrack both in and out of the cabin, and may be a bit much for some at highway speeds. You’ve been warned. Composed of 2.5” U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel with a .065” wall thickness, the Touring Edition mates directly to existing flanges on the factory midpipe, and comes complete with new gaskets. Quad 4" double-walled, slash-cut tips in your choice of chrome silver or diamond black are included.
