This adjustable track bar for the 2005-2016 Ford Super Duty models will realign your front-end track alignment within factory specifications. It can be used on vehicles with 0" - 9" of lift but any lift over 5.5" will require the use of a drop-down bracket for the track bar. This track bar can easily be installed using factory hardware and can be adjusted on the truck without the need for removal. ICON’s billet aluminum rear lower link arms for the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco are a significant upgrade over the factory units due to increases in strength, adjustability, and performance. These links are made from CNC machined 6061 aluminum in-house and anodized for corrosion resistance, providing a major improvement over the construction of the stock units. This rear lower link arm kit features PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation, reduced deflection, and on-vehicle link arm length adjustability using ICON’s double adjuster system. Additionally, multi durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. The quality rod ends and bushings featured in these link arms allow the vehicle’s suspension to function as intended, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form. ICON’s engineering team has also gone a step further in the development of these products by incorporating features such replaceable nylon rock sliders to prevent any hang-ups on the trail. After the design phase was completed ICON engineers put these parts through the “ICON1K” real-world test cycle for a final stamp of approval.

ICON’s Adjustable Front Track Bar helps eliminate the notorious "Death Wobble" that big Ram pickups can experience when you lift them and/or put major miles on the clock. This Upgraded ICON Ram 2500 adjustable track bar is great for centering the front axle allowing it to track perfectly under the truck versus. offset to the side. It is constructed of 1/4" wall 1 1/2" DOM tubing and is CNC bent for a precise OE-style fit. The weak OEM rubber bushing is eliminated and the use of our 1" captured uniball bearing on the driver side minimizes overall deflection while allowing just enough movement so steering wheel feedback is not present. We use a PTFE lined rod end on the passenger side which also reduces deflection and threads into our left/right adjuster that allows easy on-truck adjustability for the perfect front end alignment.

The track bar plays a crucial role in the front end of heavy-duty straight axle trucks, serving as both a suspension and steering component. Any deflection or wear in the track bar and its bushings immediately impacts the driver's experience, leading to issues like excessive steering input, floating front end, wandering, and the dreaded Death Wobble. Lifting the truck makes matters worse by putting additional load and strain on the bar by pulling the axle off-center and changing the undercarriage geometry. Carli's Adjustable Track Bar is engineered to address these problems effectively. It deflects less than the stock bar, ensuring improved handling and damping vibrations without compromising performance and allows the axle to be re-centered restoring proper geometry. Unlike the factory bar, Carli's track bar offers an extended service life, being rebuildable rather than replaceable.
- The Carli "Jammit Nut" design ensures no movement of the heim joint in the tube with the use of a tapered lock nut and tube. Boasting 100% more surface area than standard Jam nut, you can be sure the FK heim joint will not budge.
- Fitment: The Carli Adjustable track bar is designed for Ram 2500/3500 trucks utilizing Carli 0-3" lifts but can also be used as a factory replacement on stock height trucks or an upgrade to an exisiting lift.
- Vibration Dampening CUB Joint: Captured Uniball Design allows bind-free cycling while reducing vibrations with the use of double vulcanized uniball bushings for the frame side mount.
- 3/8" wall DOM construction with FK bearing and heim joine ensures MAXIMUM strength and durability with cleaner suspension cycling and less vibratino.
- Includes Stabilizer Relocation Bracket to ensure proper clearance
