These interlocking stackable rear bump stops allow just that so you can make bump stop adjustments at 2”, 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, 4”) to work with most 2-6" lift kits. Kits are easy to install with hardware provided and adjustments can be easily made without needing to disassemble the suspension on your Jeep.
Installation Instructions- Allows you to tune for shock length, tire clearance, suspension bind and prevents damage to components from improper geometry
- Allows tire to fender clearance to be maximized vs. a one size fits all solution usually included in lift kits

The more robust solution is a hydro-pneumatic bump shock or "air bump". ICON's hydraulic bumpstop uses oil and nitrogen to do two tasks: function as a spring and a shock. An internal nitrogen charge is compressed when the air bump is compressed to act as a spring, similar to the OEM bumpstop. The difference is hydraulic air bumps are adjustable and can be tuned to have low impact forces at the beginning of the travel, and ramp theoretically to infinity at the end. Unlike the factory bumpstop, ICON's hydraulic bumpstop incorporates oil along with a damping piston internally to control the amount of energy that is returned to the suspension, reducing the vehicles tendency to kick. The oil and damping piston also control the compression of the air bump relative to speed which is important for Raptors hitting obstacles at extreme speeds.

The ICON 2" bump stop spacer kit drops OE rear bump stops of 05-25 F-250/F-350 by 2” to limit up travel for fitment of certain suspension components, or ensuring clearance of larger tires when the suspension is fully compressed. The CNC aluminum spacers are also useful to ensure proper bump location when deleting OE rear leaf spring blocks when installing new rear leaf springs or if a shorter than OE block without a bump stop tang is desired.
