The original OEM B58 heat exchanger is a 1-row unit that is 27mm thick. In comparison, CSF has used its industry-exclusive world's largest 2-row core (68mm) with CSF's B-Tube technology. A unique tank design allows the larger CSF core to still fit into the OEM cooling system housing. Another critical feature of the CSF BMW B58 high-performance heat exchanger is its unique triple-pass flow design. The water traveling through the upgraded heat exchanger flows through the radiator three times before exiting the cooler and flowing back into the manifold charge cooler. This ensures that the outlet water temperature of the heat exchanger is the absolute lowest it can be. The OEM design, as well as more expensive aftermarket designs, all have single-pass flow structures.

The unique design of CSF's oil cooler line has distinct advantages over conventional style oil coolers (plate-type/stacked oil coolers). The oil coolers can be placed in tighter spaces or different areas of the vehicle that don't have much vertical surface area. Longer rectangular sizes can also help with avoiding the stacking of too many coolers which may cause airflow issues to other components in the cooling system. Inlet/outlet port placement is much easier to route oil lines. Typical oil cooler lines have to be routed from different/opposite ends of the cooler often facing up or down. Usually one line has to run across from one side of the cooler to the other to then be routed together to the feed/return connection of the oil system. The CSF oil coolers are much more robust, durable, and can withstand a higher peak burst rate. This allows the cooler to be mounted in areas that might get high debris (front fascia, diff cooler, side vents, etc...). The CSF oil cooler is designed to withstand a tremendous amount of vibration and debris.

CSF's Porsche 991 Turbo intercoolers have been race-tested, logged, and fully validated by some of the world's best Porsche tuners. These intercoolers have been regarded as the "Go-To" option for the best performance and value available in the performance aftermarket. From first glance the increase in width from the OEM's 80mm core to the CSF's 115mm width is very apparent. Critical for vehicles running performance tunes with bolt-on modifications. Considered a mandatory upgrade for vehicles running upgraded turbo systems. The larger capacity CSF bar/plate core design can handle significantly more airflow + increased boost pressures compared to the OEM intercooler system. CSF's 100% TIG welded cast end tanks, paired with its high-efficiency bar/plate intercooler core. Compared to the OEM style tub/fin core, which is crimped onto the plastic end tanks. The weaker OEM design can crack under high boost or vibrations typical to race conditions. The S63 4.4L Twin Turbo V8 in the BMW F1X M5/M6 is an absolute monster that responds incredibly well to bolt-on upgrades, larger turbos, and performance tuning. Tuners quickly found that increasing power on the S63 pushed charge air temperatures past the OEM Charge-Air-Coolers' limits resulting in dangerously high Intake Air Temperatures (IATs). BMW M drivers demand nothing but the best from and for their vehicles. While the F87 M2 (N55) is very capable on the street and track, it does suffer from heat issues in extreme conditions. Extensive track testing reveals the engine oil temps reaching upwards of 280? which will send the M2 into limp mode. The CSF Oil Cooler has been track tested in 103? (115 ? Heat Index) and keep the oil temps much lower than factory with a maximum temperature recorded at 240? throughout testing. The extra cooling performance is accomplished in a design that is a true "drop-in fit" requiring no modifications to install. It accepts all attaching oem components including oil-line connections, mounting brackets and shroud/ducting. This is accomplished by utilizing CSF's AC Condenser Technology with a 1-Row super-high pressure 26mm multi-channel microtube. The front full-size core has 17 cooling tubes vs. oem 15 tubes while the backside cooler has an additional 6 rows. This AMG V8 utilizes a charge air cooler system - a water circuit (which flows through a pump into the charge coolers) and a heat exchanger (which uses the water to cool the compressed air). CSF's High-Performance Heat Exchanger is larger and cools the water more efficiently than the OEM plastic/aluminum unit. This helps deliver cooler and denser air through the charge air cooling system increasing power capabilities. In testing, Regal Autosport saw significant performance improvements consisting of up to a 68% reduction in Intake Air Temperatures (IATs) and a 400% improvement in heat soak reduction when compared to stock. The unique design of CSF's oil cooler line has distinct advantages over conventional style oil coolers (plate-type/stacked oil coolers). The oil coolers can be placed in tighter spaces or different areas of the vehicle that don't have much vertical surface area. Longer rectangular sizes can also help with avoiding the stacking of too many coolers which may cause airflow issues to other components in the cooling system. Inlet/outlet port placement is much easier to route oil lines. Typical oil cooler lines have to be routed from different/opposite ends of the cooler often facing up or down. Usually one line has to run across from one side of the cooler to the other to then be routed together to the feed/return connection of the oil system. The CSF oil coolers are much more robust, durable, and can withstand a higher peak burst rate. This allows the cooler to be mounted in areas that might get high debris (front fascia, diff cooler, side vents, etc...). The CSF oil cooler is designed to withstand a tremendous amount of vibration and debris.

CSF has over 5 decades of experience manufacturing radiators. So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your SL500 running at its best, a CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on the street or at the track, a performance radiator is a must-have for both high horsepower builds as well as race vehicles which need added cooling performance in motorsports environments. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.

Replace the weak plastic auxiliary filler neck of your FRS/BRZ/86 with an all-aluminum 100% TIG-welded and mirror polished upgraded version from CSF. Complete with a 1.4bar high-pressure cap with a high-quality "mini style" radiator cap, embossed with the CSF logo. This cap style is most commonly used with high-performance aftermarket caps if you wish to replace the CSF cap with another brand. Easy drop-in replacement with no modifications - can be installed in less than 5 minutes.

The CSF #8042 Cooling product is designed to be a "Drop-In Fit" application. The product will install in the OEM Location with no modifications necessary unless otherwise noted or instructions are included in the product package. Please see the manufacturer repair manual for standard installation instructions. If you do not feel confident installing this product CSF recommends taking it to a qualified installation facility.

The engineers at CSF know cooling. So when it comes to keeping your power steering fluid temps in check as you push your E9X M3 hard on the street or track, the CSF PS Cooler is the obvious choice. While often overlooked, your power steering system can become quite annoying if it overheats. As power steering fluid boils it gets bubbles in the system leading to sloppy steering response and a noisy pump. On top of that, you will need to replace your power steering fluid if you let it overheat which is both annoying and an added cost.
