This ACL High Performance connecting rod bearing set is engineered for high-RPM racing and performance applications where precise oil film thickness is critical. This "HX" series bearing is manufactured specifically with an additional 0.025mm (0.001") of oil clearance compared to a standard bearing, allowing for increased oil flow and cooling without requiring additional machining of the crankshaft journals.
