The ACL Race Series rod bearing set is engineered for high-RPM performance and heavy-duty engine builds where precision tolerances are critical. This HX-series set features a standard size bore but is manufactured with .001" (0.025mm) extra oil clearance compared to standard bearings. This additional clearance is preferred by engine builders to facilitate increased oil flow and better lubrication under extreme loads and high-heat conditions common in turbocharged SR20DET or high-compression SR20DE applications.
