Fits select 2006-2018 Audi and Volkswagen models equipped with the 2.0L TSI/TFSI EA888 4-cylinder engine. This ACL High Performance Main Bearing Set is specifically engineered for engine rebuilds where the crankshaft journals have been ground 0.25mm undersize, requiring oversized bearings to restore proper oil clearances.
Constructed with a specialized tri-metal design, these bearings feature a steel backing, a lead-tin-copper intermediate layer, and a hardened overlay for increased fatigue resistance. This robust construction allows the bearings to withstand higher loads and RPMs than standard OE components, providing reliable crankshaft support in both stock and modified EA888 engines.
