The ACT T2R-S05 Mod-Twin 225 XT Sprung Race Kit is engineered for high-horsepower AWD applications requiring aggressive launches and rapid shifting. This modular twin-disc system doubles the ceramic friction surface area while utilizing an ultra-durable Mono-Drive sprung hub assembly to dampen torsional vibrations and protect your input shaft. Built for competition use, the Xtreme (XT) pressure plate features a diaphragm spring that undergoes a specialized four-stage heat-treating process for consistent pedal feel and long-term reliability.
This race-specific kit is fully rebuildable, allowing individual components to be serviced as needed. The puck-style ceramic friction plates provide a high friction coefficient and superior heat capacity to manage the 1120 ft/lbs torque rating. This kit is strictly for track use and is not recommended for street driven vehicles.
