The ACT T023 Heavy Duty pressure plate is engineered to provide increased clamping force while maintaining consistent pedal feel. This unit features a proprietary diaphragm design that significantly increases clamp load by 20 to 50 percent compared to factory specifications. To ensure durability under high-performance conditions, every diaphragm undergoes a specialized four-stage heat-treating process. The precision-stamped cover provides the rigidity needed for uniform pressure distribution and reduced deflection during high-RPM shifts.
