The ACT AT96 is a precision clutch alignment tool designed to facilitate the smooth installation of ACT pressure plates and clutch kits. By correctly centering the clutch disc with the pilot bearing, this tool ensures the transmission input shaft can be easily mated to the engine without binding or damaging the disc splines.
Fits select 1990-2024 Audi, Mini, and Volkswagen models, including Beetle, Corrado, Golf, GTI, Jetta, Passat, and Cooper variants (1.8T).
