Fits select 1990-2001 Acura Integra and 1994-2001 Honda Civic, Civic del Sol, and CR-V.
The ACT XACT Prolite flywheel is engineered for the demands of race use, providing a significant reduction in rotating mass for dramatically improved engine response and faster acceleration. Unlike multi-piece flywheels that rely on inserts or bolts, ACT flywheels feature a one-piece forged construction. This design ensures uniform heat transfer from the clutch disc and eliminates the risk of warped inserts or loose ring gears.
Each XACT Prolite flywheel is CNC machined from heat-treated forgings for maximum toughness and strength. The ring gears are induction-hardened for long service life, and the entire assembly is dynamically computer balanced to maintain smooth reliability at high RPMs. Please note that due to the lightweight design, some mild to moderate gear rattle may occur.
