The ACT AR1-XTR6 XT/Race clutch kit is engineered for high-performance applications where rapid shifting and maximum clamp load are required. This kit features the ACT Xtreme pressure plate, which utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load and reduce deflection. Every diaphragm undergoes a specialized four-stage heat-treating process, while precision cover stampings ensure the rigidity and consistency needed for aggressive driving.
The 6-pad rigid race disc is constructed with premium ceramic friction materials and a heat-treated chrome-moly hub for exceptional durability. While the rigid hub design results in harsher engagement compared to organic street discs, it allows for significantly faster shifts and better heat absorption in larger clutch sizes.
