The ACT ZM8-HDSS kit combines a Heavy Duty pressure plate with a Performance Street sprung disc to deliver increased torque capacity without sacrificing daily drivability. The pressure plate utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design that undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process, ensuring consistent clamp load and minimal deflection under high-performance use. To provide maximum rigidity and predictable engagement, each pressure plate features precision-stamped cover assemblies.
The Performance Street disc is engineered for durability and heat management, utilizing premium organic materials with high copper content.
