This kit pairs ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate with a 6-pad, spring-centered race disc to handle harsh conditions while protecting the drivetrain. The pressure plate features an exclusive diaphragm design that increases clamp load and reduces deflection, ensuring consistent engagement through a four-stage heat-treating process. For added durability, precision cover stampings provide the rigidity needed for performance applications.

The 6-pad race disc is designed with a spring-centered hub to damp torsional vibrations, reducing the stress on your transmission. Utilizing wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings, this disc provides superior support and reliability compared to standard designs.
