The AEM 21-8128DC Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered to increase horsepower and torque by replacing the restrictive factory air filter and intake housing. This system features mandrel-bent aluminum intake tubes with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish, ensuring smooth, laminar airflow into the engine. By reducing air path restrictions and managing heat, this system provides a consistent supply of oxygen-rich air for improved combustion efficiency.

The system utilizes an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic air filter, featuring an oil-free media that simplifies maintenance and provides excellent filtration. The filter is positioned within the original air box space and is protected by a custom-designed heat shield to minimize intake air temperatures. This intake accommodates all factory emissions control devices, including the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor, for a seamless installation using standard tools.
