The AEM High Capacity Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator (PN 25-305BK) is engineered for high-boost race applications and vehicles requiring high-volume fuel delivery. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in black anodizing, this regulator features a single large return orifice designed to prevent pressure creep even when paired with high-flow pumps.
- Adjustable Range: Equipped with a longer spring to provide a wide 40 to 130 PSI adjustment range.
- Rising Rate: 1:1 boost-dependent rising fuel pressure rate for forced induction setups.
- Port Configuration: Includes three -6AN (9/16"-18) ORB ports (two inlets, one return) and an integrated 1/8" NPT port for a fuel pressure gauge or sensor.
- Fuel Compatibility: Fully compatible with alcohol-based fuels (E85) and all race gases.
- Construction: Precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for durability under extreme conditions.
Each kit includes a universal mounting bracket, four 10-32 x 1/2" screws, and a 5mm (3/16") vacuum hose barb. This unit is protected under Patent # 6,298,828. Note: Barb fitting for the outlet port is sold separately (PN 25-390).
