Installing a wideband UEGO air/fuel ratio sensor no longer requires access to a TIG or MIG welder. The AEM No-Weld O2 Sensor Mount (30-2355-200) provides a secure, leak-free bung location on exhaust pipes ranging from 1.75 inches to 2.0 inches in diameter using only a drill and basic hand tools.
Constructed from durable stainless steel to withstand high heat and road debris, this mount features an integrated O2 bung that ensures proper sensor depth and orientation. The kit includes a specialized adhesive to create a gas-tight seal between the mount and the exhaust tubing, preventing ambient air from contaminating sensor readings. It is an ideal solution for tuners and enthusiasts working with stainless or thin-wall exhaust systems where welding is difficult or impractical.
