Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX Pulse Width Modulation Controller Kit - Single Pump - Supercharged (66164)
$520.50
This product will be available for sale in 2 weeks, but you can pre-order now to receive 10% discount!
The Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Controller Kit (MPN 66164) provides precise fuel pump speed control for single-pump supercharged applications. By adjusting pump output based on real-time engine demand, this system allows for efficient fuel delivery while significantly reducing fuel heating, noise, and electrical system load.
Unlike traditional systems that run the pump at 100% duty cycle constantly, the VaporWorx ReturnX uses PWM technology to vary the pump speed. This is especially critical in supercharged setups where fuel demand fluctuates rapidly between vacuum and boost. The controller monitors manifold pressure to ensure the pump provides the exact volume required for your horsepower level without recirculating excessive fuel or causing cavitation.
- Designed specifically for single-pump fuel systems in supercharged configurations
- Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology varies pump speed based on demand
- Reduces fuel temperatures and prevents vapor lock by minimizing fuel recirculation
- Extends fuel pump service life by reducing mechanical wear during idle and cruise
- Lower electrical current draw compared to full-speed pump operation
- Manufacturer Part Number: 66164
