Every aFe CONTROL sway bar is CAD designed and CNC bent to strict tolerances to ensure a precise fit and reliable operation. Both bars feature CNC machined ends that are robotically welded in dedicated fixtures for consistent hole positioning. To maintain performance and ease of service, the kit includes low-deflection polyurethane bushings and 6061-T6 aluminum black anodized billet brackets equipped with integrated grease fittings.
