The aFe Power Mach Force-Xp cat-back exhaust system is engineered to optimize exhaust flow and sound for the Alfa Romeo Giulia. This system is constructed from 3-inch to 2-1/2-inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. In-house dyno testing resulted in performance gains of up to +12 horsepower and +15 lbs. x ft. of torque by improving exhaust scavenging and reducing backpressure.

This system features a high-flow 304 stainless steel muffler that delivers a refined, mild exhaust note. A mitered merge collector is utilized to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity, resulting in improved throttle response. For long-term structural integrity, the assembly is 100% MIG-welded and includes a heavy-duty flex pipe equipped with an internal interlock liner. Designed for a precise fit, this system utilizes factory-style flanges and hangers for a direct bolt-on installation with no cutting required.
