Eliminate the flow restrictions of factory plastic and rubber plumbing with the aFe BladeRunner hot charge pipe kit. This kit is engineered from 2.5-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing to provide a smooth, consistent path for pressurized air, significantly reducing turbulence and minimizing pressure loss between the turbocharger and intercooler. The TIG-welded construction ensures long-term structural integrity under high boost, while the textured red powder-coated finish provides a durable barrier against heat and corrosion.
Designed for easy installation and maximum reliability, this kit includes a CNC-machined aluminum blow-off valve (BOV) adapter and integrated 1/8" NPT ports for those looking to add sensors or water-methanol injection. To ensure a leak-free seal, aFe includes heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings and premium stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps that maintain tension even under thermal expansion.
