The aFe POWER Track Series Intake System (MPN 57-10030D) provides a high-performance, open-element solution for the supercharged 5.2L Raptor. This system features a dyno-tuned, lightweight intake tube crafted from 100% twill weave carbon fiber—no fiberglass—to maximize airflow while reducing weight and heat soak. The tube directs air into the supercharger with minimal restriction, enhancing both throttle response and the aggressive supercharger whine.
This system includes a massive 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow Pro DRY S air filter. The filter uses three layers of oil-free synthetic media for maximum convenience and excellent filtration efficiency for street use. The filter is housed in an open-element XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer shield that utilizes the factory air inlet and a built-in scoop to capture cold air directly from the radiator support. Installation is a direct bolt-on process using factory mounting locations, requiring no cutting or drilling.
