This aFe Power Momentum GT intake system is designed to provide maximum airflow and filtration efficiency for the turbocharged VW Atlas. Built around a high-volume, 360-degree radial flow air filter, this system utilizes a unique filter-to-housing interface that allows for the largest filter size possible within the engine bay.

The sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) to protect the intake charge from extreme under-hood temperatures. It features a clear sight window for quick filter inspections and an integrated aluminum heat shield to deflect radiant heat from the turbocharger. Air is delivered through a flexible, three-layer nylon-reinforced silicone intake tube that resists deterioration while maintaining a smooth path for airflow. An internal aluminum insert ensures a rigid, secure connection between the tube and the filter flange.
