aFe BladeRunner Cast Ductile Iron Exhaust Manifolds for 2003-2007 Ford F-250/F-350 & Excursion (V8-6.0L)

The aFe BladeRunner exhaust manifolds are engineered to eliminate the restrictions and durability weaknesses of the factory 6.0L Power Stroke exhaust system. Cast from heavy-duty ductile iron, these manifolds resist warping and cracking under the high temperatures common in diesel applications. Precision-machined inlet and outlet ports ensure a perfect match with factory gaskets and cylinder heads, resulting in a 5% increase in airflow over stock units for improved throttle response and reduced EGTs.

Functionality is built directly into the casting with a 1/8 inch NPT port in each manifold for easy installation of exhaust gas temperature (EGT) probes or gauges. Additionally, three cast-in bosses are provided as alternate testing points. These manifolds are designed for a hassle-free installation, maintaining compatibility with your factory up-pipes so you can complete the upgrade without removing the turbocharger or down-pipe.
