Fits 2001-2005 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD/3500 trucks equipped with the 6.6L V8 diesel engine.
The aFe POWER BladeRunner Street Series radiator is designed to improve cooling efficiency and durability for high-demand diesel applications. Featuring an oversized 2-3/4 inch thick tube and fin core, this radiator provides 25% more volume than the factory unit, resulting in superior heat dissipation and optimized coolant flow. The core is protected by 1/8 inch thick aircraft-grade aluminum end tanks that are 100% TIG-welded for maximum strength and leak resistance.
This radiator is built for long-term reliability, utilizing billet aluminum inlet and outlet ports and a heavy-duty brass drain valve with an integrated fitting for mess-free maintenance. It is engineered to bolt directly into the factory mounting locations, ensuring a straightforward installation without the need for custom fabrication. The exterior is finished in brushed aluminum with a painted aFe POWER logo on the front of the core.
