The aFe Control Rear Tow Hook features a vehicle-specific CNC-machined stem and loop, engineered to the exact length required for the rear bumper. Unlike universal kits, this 4130 steel assembly provides the strength necessary for safe winching onto a trailer or trackside recovery without compromising the factory bodywork.
Durability is built into every component, featuring a black powder-coated loop for impact resistance and a black zinc-coated stem to prevent corrosion in exposed environments. Both the stem and mounting hardware come pre-treated with Vibra-tite threadlocker. This specialized coating remains flexible and reusable, ensuring the hook stays secure despite high-frequency chassis vibration while remaining easy to remove if needed.
