The aFe Power Large Bore-HD DPF-back exhaust system is engineered to optimize exhaust flow and durability for heavy-duty GM trucks. This system is constructed from 5" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, providing maximum strength while maintaining smooth exhaust gas transitions. For long-lasting structural integrity, the entire assembly is 100% MIG-welded by hand.

Finishing the system is a massive 6" diameter polished 304 stainless steel intercooled clamp-on exhaust tip, featuring a riveted aFe POWER logo plate. The intercooled design helps reduce temperatures at the tailpipe exit. Installation is straightforward using factory-style hangers that mount directly to OEM locations. Note that some cutting may be required depending on the specific wheelbase configuration.
