The aFe POWER MACH Force XP cat-back exhaust system is engineered for the E46 chassis to provide a balance of performance, sound, and durability. This system is constructed from 2.25-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, offering significantly smoother exhaust flow over the restrictive factory piping. By reducing backpressure, this system helps lower exhaust gas temperatures while freeing up horsepower and torque.
This system features a true dual-in/dual-out high-flow muffler that measures 24 inches in length, specifically designed to absorb high-pitch tones and deliver a powerful, deep exhaust note. The system is finished with double-wall, angle-cut 304 stainless steel resonated tips for a premium look. Installation is straightforward using factory mounting locations that utilize OE-style bayonet hangers and high-quality band clamps for a secure, 360-degree seal without the need for vehicle modifications.
