The aFe MACH Force XP cat-back exhaust system is engineered to improve flow and performance for the 2.0L TDI engine. Constructed from 2.5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this system reduces restriction compared to factory piping, helping to lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) and improve throttle response. The system is 100% hand MIG-welded for durability and includes a 24-inch long free-flowing muffler that absorbs high-pitch tones for a powerful, deep exhaust note.
Installation is designed to be hassle-free by utilizing factory mounting locations and OE-style bayonet hangers. These hangers maintain a stable pipe position even under high-vibration and high-heat conditions, ensuring the system stays properly aligned over time. High-quality OE-style band clamps are included to provide a complete 360-degree sealing surface for a leak-free fit.
