The aFe MagnumFLOW Pro 5R OE replacement air filter (10-10139) is a direct-fit performance upgrade for 2017-2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Power Stroke diesel engine. It replaces the restrictive stock paper element with a high-flow oiled cotton gauze filter that increases airflow, helping the engine make more horsepower and torque while maintaining excellent filtration.
- 5-layer progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media for maximum airflow and high dust holding capacity
- Washable and reusable – withstands multiple cleaning cycles for long-term value
- Deep, evenly spaced pleats provide extended service intervals between cleanings
- 100% polyurethane top and bottom frame resists deterioration and ensures long life
- Integrated urethane bump seal guarantees a tight, leak-free fit over the life of the filter
- Direct drop-in fit – no modifications required
