Unlike traditional rubber materials that can harden or crack over time, this polyurethane maintains its original molded shape through repeated heat cycles. The rounded, evenly spaced pleat design provides a significantly larger usable surface area than standard filters, resulting in increased dust-holding capacity and optimized flow.
