Fits 2004-2005 BMW 545i (E60) and 645Ci (E63/E64) models equipped with the V8-4.4L engine.
Maximize your BMW's engine efficiency with the aFe Magnum FORCE Stage-1 cold air intake system. This kit is designed to replace the restrictive factory air box with a high-flow 360-degree conical Pro 5R air filter and a durable 16-gauge powder-coated heat shield. By increasing airflow by up to 75% over the stock intake, this system delivers dyno-proven gains of +6 horsepower and +7 lbs.-ft. of torque while sharpening throttle response.
The system features a rotomolded plastic intake tube and a unique 3-angle adapter that optimizes air velocity as it enters the MAF sensor. The included Pro 5R filter uses five layers of progressively finer medical-grade cotton gauze to provide maximum airflow without sacrificing filtration. Built for longevity, the filter base and top are constructed from 100% polyurethane to withstand engine heat and multiple cleaning cycles.
