The aFe MagnumFORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System is engineered to replace the restrictive factory air box and intake tract on GMT800-platform GM trucks and SUVs. This system utilizes a precision-molded, heat-insulating rotomolded plastic intake tube to maximize airflow volume and velocity for improved throttle response. By utilizing a one-piece 16-gauge powder-coated heat shield, the system isolates the air filter from engine bay heat, ensuring a cooler, denser air charge reaching the intake.

Included in this kit is the high-performance Pro 5R air filter. This 360-degree radial flow filter features five layers of progressively finer medical-grade cotton gauze media, providing maximum airflow and filtration. The filter is washable and reusable for the life of the vehicle. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process using factory mounting points with no cutting or drilling required.
