Fits select 2010-2019 Ford Explorer, Flex, Taurus SHO, and Lincoln MKS (V6-3.5L). This aFe POWER MagnumFORCE Stage-2 intake system replaces the restrictive factory air box and plumbing to deliver up to 44% greater airflow for your twin-turbocharged EcoBoost engine.
At the heart of this system is a large 7-inch conical Pro 5R air filter. Featuring five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze media with a light oil coating, this washable and reusable filter provides maximum airflow while maintaining high filtration efficiency. The intake utilizes a CAD-modeled, dyno-tuned, roto-molded tube to optimize air velocity and ensure a precise fit without modifications. A snap-on heat shield replaces the top of the factory air box, sealing against the hood to keep intake temperatures low while utilizing factory mounting locations for a straightforward installation.
