The aFe Momentum GT Stage-2 intake system is engineered to maximize airflow and performance for your Mopar V6. This system features a unique one-piece sealed housing constructed from heat-resistant red XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer, specifically designed to resist heat soak and survive harsh engine bay environments. The housing includes a built-in clear sight window for quick filter inspections and a patent-pending filter-to-housing interface that simplifies installation by reducing the total number of components.
At the heart of this system is a 9-inch tall, 360-degree radial flow air filter using oil-free Pro DRY S media. This three-layer synthetic media provides high filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity without the need for recharge oils, making it ideal for street and light off-road use. The system utilizes computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tubes to optimize power gains while ensuring a perfect factory-style fit.
