The heart of this system is a one-piece, roto-molded sealed housing crafted from red cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for superior heat-soak resistance. A large clear sight window is integrated into the housing, allowing for immediate filter inspection without disassembly. For 2015-2023 Dodge Challenger owners, this housing is compatible with the factory "Hellcat" headlight air inlet (requires optional scoop p/n 54-72203-SR).

Airflow is directed through a CAD-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube that maintains a precise fit and includes an injection-molded fitting for the factory temperature sensor.
