The aFe Power Momentum HD intake system is engineered to provide maximum airflow and filtration efficiency for the V6-3.3L engine. This system features a unique filter-to-housing interface that accommodates a massive 9-inch tall 360-degree radial flow air filter. The one-piece sealed housing is constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) to prevent heat soak and ensure durability in demanding environments. A large, clear sight window allows for easy filter inspections without disassembling the system.
The included oil-free Pro DRY S filter utilizes three layers of synthetic media, offering high filtration efficiency and dust-holding capacity without requiring recharge oils. For maximum strength, the filter includes a reinforced metal top to prevent collapse. The computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube is matched with premium hardware, including stainless-steel clamps and a flexible silicone bellows coupling, to ensure a secure and durable installation.
