Improve exhaust flow and throttle response on your TRX with aFe Power Twisted Steel shorty headers. This system is engineered using 1-7/8 inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum durability and exhaust velocity. In-house dyno testing demonstrated gains of up to +9 HP and +14 lbs. x ft. of torque by significantly reducing restriction compared to factory manifolds.
These headers feature 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors to minimize turbulence and heavy-duty laser-cut machined flanges for a secure, leak-free seal. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, they retain factory catalytic converters and O2 sensor locations, requiring no cutting or custom fabrication for a hassle-free installation.
