Constructed from 3-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, the aFe Rebel Series cat-back exhaust system is engineered for maximum flow and long-term durability. This system features a high-flow 409 stainless steel muffler and an integrated tuned Helmholtz resonator to deliver an aggressive exhaust note without sacrificing in-cabin comfort. The system is finished with dual 4-1/2-inch black 304 stainless steel clamp-on tips featuring a laser-etched aFe POWER logo.

Installation is straightforward and requires no cutting or modifications. The system utilizes a factory-style flange and hangers to bolt directly to your Super Duty's existing mounting points. Every joint is 100% MIG-welded by hand for race-proven strength and precision fitment.
