The aFe Power Silver Bullet throttle body spacer is designed to optimize the air intake path for improved engine performance. By creating turbulence in the airflow at the point just before entering the intake manifold, this spacer helps provide a more complete fuel-air charge. This results in measurable improvements in throttle response and mid-range torque.
Precision machined from high-strength T-6061 billet aluminum, the Silver Bullet features a unique serrated/helix entry design. Unlike standard helix spacers that often produce a high-pitched whistling sound, this serrated combination is engineered to generate the necessary turbulence while maintaining quiet operation. The increased plenum volume further aids in air velocity and combustion efficiency.
