Fits 2008-2014 Lexus IS F (V8-5.0L). This Takeda Stage-2 PDS sealed air intake system is engineered to provide maximum airflow while keeping engine heat at bay. Utilizing a wrinkle-black aluminum intake tube and a custom-sealed housing, this system produced gains of 16 horsepower and 15 lbs. x ft. of torque in testing, outflowing the factory intake by 20%.
The system features a 5-1/2 inch tall Pro 5R conical air filter, constructed with five layers of progressively finer oiled cotton gauze for maximum performance and filtration. The intake includes a one-piece black powder-coated housing that integrates with a portion of the factory air box to create a truly sealed environment. Installation is straightforward, typically requiring 30 minutes or less, and uses a welded-on Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor pad with precision inserts for a clean factory-style fit.
