The aFe Takeda Momentum Pro 5R Cold Air Intake System is engineered to optimize airflow for the 1.5L turbo Honda Accord. Featuring a CAD-designed, one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant black cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), this system minimizes heat soak and ensures a cool intake charge via a massive built-in air scoop.
- Pro 5R Performance Filter: Includes a pre-oiled, 6-1/2" tall 360-degree radial flow air filter with 5 layers of progressively finer mesh cotton media for maximum airflow.
- Precision Roto-Molded Tube: The dyno-tuned intake tube is designed to increase power while ensuring a perfect fit and smooth transition to the turbocharger.
- Direct Bolt-On Installation: This kit replaces the factory intake using existing mounting points; no cutting or drilling is required for a hassle-free install.
- Serviceability: A built-in sight window allows for quick visual inspection of the filter, while the unique filter-to-housing interface simplifies maintenance.
