Engineered for the C8 platform, these aFe Twisted headers utilize a Tri-Y design with optimized tube lengths and paired opposite firing cylinders to maximize cylinder scavenging and exhaust flow. Constructed from stepped 1-7/8" - 2-1/8" - 2-3/4" mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, this system is built for durability and significant performance increases. Dyno testing shows gains of up to +24 HP and +17 lbs. x Ft. torque.

To manage the intense heat of the mid-engine compartment, these headers feature a dual-layer ceramic coating: Titanium Cerakote on the exterior and a copper ceramic lining on the interior. This combination reduces surface temperatures by as much as 46% compared to non-coated headers, making them highly recommended for convertible (HTC) models where the top is stored directly over the engine bay. The headers include TIG-welded inlet ports for maximum strength, laser-cut 304 stainless steel flanges for a leak-free seal, and an auxiliary O2 bung for wide-band sensors or instrumentation.
